LEGAL, BILLS, price. deposit The agreement of lease is available in Polish and English language. The bills can be paid either upon consumption of in a reach-out amount all inclusive. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
