The apartment is located in a new high standard energy efficiency building that was build 2023 on Zaloška street, with excellent connection to center. You need just 7 minutes by train or 10 minutes by bus or car to the center of Ljubljana. The train station is 400m away, the bus station 300m away and bicycle renting 200m away. On the left and right side of the balcony are built in storage cabinets with shelves where a lot of things can be stored. Apartment has also a basement with 3m2 space, which is under the lock, to open with an own key. Internet access, many TV programs with look back for 7 days, air conditioning, ventilation in a living-sleeping room and bathroom, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels are available to guests. Windows have blinds that can be lowered/raised electrically. Living room and bathroom have radiator heating.
