No, this not a scam!!You will be staying in my 2 bedroom flat in a sleepy street in Campanha. Only a short 12min walk (even shorter uber ride in case you have a fair bit of luggage) from Campanha's Metro and Coach Station. You will also be a 12min walk from Estadio do Dragao Metro, the home of our football team Porto! At Praca da Corujeira you will find all the shops you need. You might be pleasantly surprise with the quality and offer of our local bakeries. I counted 5 also within a 10min walk, can't make up my mind about which one makes the best Torrada com manteiga ( buttery toast). The area is semi-rural. By that I mean you will wake up to church bells, sounds of roosters crowing and a blissful sunrise from the east facing balcony. From the balcony you will see a lot of greenery, spread over my neighbours allotments where they grow their fruit and vegetables. You will also see the Igreja de Campanha ( Campanha Church) and cemetery, not that creepy by the way. The flat is spacious, blessed with two double bedrooms and two toilets.The bedrooms are at basement level and have a very small window allowing for some airflow and natural light.Brightly coloured walls and white furniture make up for the absence of actual windows. At the bottom of the road you will have access to the Quinta of Bonjoia. A property built in 1759, now open to the public with open Camellia gardens, natural Eucalyptus woodland and a basketball court / football pitch. A short 20 min walk will take you to the Parque Oriental.This park will lead you to the rotunda do freixo and from there you have access to the river Douro. If you go east you will find the Museu da Imprensa , the Palacio do Freixo and along the river side you will have access to street workout stations, cafes, restaurants as well as the Praia Fluvial de Gramido ( the riverside beach of Gondomar). To the west you will have access to the marginal, a 2 mile walk/ride leading you to the different bridges that make this city so unique, the Ponte Dom Luis the historic town centre of ribeira The place to be really is the front room. A king size sofa, with an abundance of natural light and views to die for. You will also enjoy a bright kitchen equipped with a brand new fridge and washing machine. The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance. ------ THIS IS NOT A SCAM--------- Its a genuine flat priced reasonably!
