The conditions for the reservation of our rooms are: - Tenant profile: students or young workers between 18 and 36 years old. We ask the tenants for NIF, passport or identification document, employment contract or enrollment in a study center. In the case of students, we also ask for the guarantee of parents, tutors, ...., who will also have to provide a copy of their NIF, NIE, passport or ID, indefinite work contract and three last pay slips or statement of accounts. Young professionals may also require guarantees, depending on their type of contract and remuneration. - The price of the rooms normally includes the cost of 60€ utilities costs (as long as responsible consumption is made), Internet, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common areas of the shared housing.
