The maximum number of people that can stay in my flat would be only 2. Ideally, only 1 person. Smoking is highly prohibited in my flat. Also pet is not allowed. The spacious balcony is perfect for summer.😊 Unfortunately, grilling is prohibited by the building owner. I have some workout equipments, feel free to use them to get ready for summer hehe! The flat is situated perfectly away from the road so the noise coming from the street would not be a problem. It is a bus away from the main city center (app. 20-25mins) and the bus stop is around 5 mins by feet. Groceries are also just around the corner.
