It also has a convenient kitchen with all necessary appliances: fridge, oven, gas stove, washing machine and microvawe. The spacious living room is equipped with a couch and a TV. Important information: Utilities are included in the rent prices up to the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the reading of gas meter and electricity meter. For less than 4 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit.
