The day area consists of a spacious and very bright living room, decorated with pastel tones and an avant-garde style. The large window allows natural light to enter throughout the day. The kitchen is American style, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from day 1, such as ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and the essentials to start a good morning: toaster and coffee maker. The sleeping area has 1 spacious bedroom suite. Decorated in a natural style, it has a double sofa bed to make the most of the storage space, built-in closets and a desk that is perfect for working or studying from home. The bathroom is also spacious and has a bathtub. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 300mb fiber as wifi. The location is ideal, in the sought after neighborhood of Eixample as it is very central, quiet and residential. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions. Very close to Paseo Sant Joan, one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona, perfect for outdoor activities, hiking and sports, also along its entire route offers a varied and very interested gastronomic offer. The iconic and impressive Basilica of the Sagrada Familia is located 9 minutes away. Nearby is Plaza Tetuan, the Parque de la Ciudadela, the emblematic Arc de Triomf, and the North Station, which is one of the 3 most important bus stations in Barcelona, and from which you can access national and international connections.
