It is right in front of the University of veterinary medicine, can be seen within the window. It is right next to another university, McDaniel. A spar, cafe, tobacco shops and a pharmacy is within a 5min walking radius. The 4/6 Tram line, M2, M4 and Keleti is a 10min walk and several bus stops (74, 79M, 78, 73M and 76) within the street. It’s on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The flat is very bright and cozy, 2 cats are living within the apartment. Pets can be okay (only cats). The living room and kitchen is shared.
