A laundryroom with washing machine (included) and drying facilities, a rather large balcony/roofterrace, newly renovated, three bedrooms. Two rooms are 16.15 m2 and 12 m2. The first month the payment consists of 700 euro rent, 120 euro downpayment gas,water,electricity, internet, and 700 euro deposit (returned after leaving the room in the same state you found it and no other damages) and the fee for housinganywhere. All 11 months after that it will be 700 euro plus downpayment of 120 for GWE, internet and service. If there has been less usage, the overpaid will be returned, divided among the three tenants.
