Space to unwind. This is our largest category, with a size of 64 square meters. Here you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area. Whether for you and your family or with guests, this apartment offers you the best space. The balcony invites you to linger outdoors. Each apartment is accompanied by a craftsman bed, a complete designer kitchen, a 40-inch IP-TV, a dining table, a vintage armchair, reliably thick doors for privacy and extensive wardrobe space. There is also a nicely tiled bathroom with beautiful basins and a bathtub/shower. We keep fresh towels ready for you and a laundry service will be happy to take care of your laundry on request. Our launderette is equipped with top quality washing machines available 24 hours a day, every day. *Prices may vary depending on floor level, on length of stay and rental period. After the lease agreement expires, new contracts for extending the stay are possible. For tenants staying 1-3 months, we require just one month’s all-in rent as a deposit. For tenants staying 4-12 months, we will require two month’s all-in rent as a deposit. All of this is also shown in detail within our digital booking process. Take a relaxed approach to deposit security. We have partnered with Garentii to offer a quick and comfortable solution. For a small fee, you can skip the deposit and save on upfront costs. Ready to say goodbye to deposits? IMPORTANT: To complete your booking, you must transfer the deposit or enrol with Garentii deposit insurance. Failing to do so, your application will not be processed. You want to book directly your preferred apartment or take a look at our other apartment categories? Our booking process is fully digital and as comfortable as a hotel booking. This is a group advertisement. The photos represent more than one flat and are sample pictures. Life at Mitte-Wedding Centrally positioned, our location at Brunnenstraße sits in Wedding – a district bordering both Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Here, one is right above the city center and a short walk from history-rich Mauerpark, where parts of the Berlin Wall still stand. What happens after your booking is completed on HousingAnywhere? Good to know: After your booking has been confirmed on HousingAnywhere, you have to finalize your reservation in our system. The following steps have to be completed: 1. You will receive a link to our website by e-mail. 2. On our website, you have to select the apartment type you have booked on HousingAnywhere. 3. As the next step, you will receive password-protected access to our app where you can upload your ID card or passport and confirm the contract. 4. Afterward, we will check your details, and if everything fits you will receive an automatic e-mail with the payment request of the deposit (this payment differs from the HousingAnywhere booking fee!). 5. As soon as there are no more pending payments (within the next 5 business days) and we have received the money, we will finalize the booking and you will receive a final confirmation e-mail. 6. Please note that the booking through our system should be completed no later than 7 days after booking on HousingAnywhere. After 7 days, the room is no longer reserved for you and can be booked by others. Just before the semester starts, reservations can only be held for 2 days.
