FAQ - The bed is 140x200 - There is a wardrobe (behind the door of the bedroom) -There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen AREA Right next to the Palace Charlottenburg with its beautiful park and a stone's throw away from the Ring-Bahn (S41&S42) this flat offers you a great connection to anywhere in Berlin as well as space for recreation. Not far away you find the Kantstrasse, which is quickly accessable by the bus stopping next door. Here you can find one of the widest offers of restaurants and cafes (such as the legendary "Schwarzes Café). If you'd like to go haute-couture shopping the famous and prestigious Kurfürstendamm might be your choice. You can reach it within 15min. Your usual grocery stores (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe) are 5-10min away, but if you need something late night a 24/7 shop across the street is happy to fulfill your wishes. Generally its a good and quite neighborhood. While the connection with car is great due to the proximity to the city highway you will not hear more than anywhere else in the city because of the new top standard windows of the flat. There are no party people strolling around as you will likely find them in most other areas in the center of Berlin. The neighbors are really descent and calm people. I was living in the house for 7 years and was never bothered by them. FLAT The was renovated end 2022. When furnishing and equipping the flat I tried to think of everything you might need (from French press to cleaning utensils), you only need to bring a tooth brush and clothes. Otherwise I think the pictures speak for themselves. If you still feel like something is missing I am happy to find a solution. TRANSPORTATION As already mentioned before the flat is next to Ring-Bahn (3min), namely the station S-Westend. The metro bus line M45 stops every 5-10min next door (2min) at the station Sophie-Charlotten-Str. and brings you the famous Zoologischer Garten/Kurfürstendamm in 15min. At the same stop the bus line 309 stops every 10-15min and brings you e.g to the Kantstrasse in 12min. If you rather go by car, the city highway is 2min away by car....
