Located in Olhos d'Água (between Albufeira and Vilamoura) the apartment offers all comfort and tranquility for a holiday with family or friends. → Building The apartment is a duplex located on the first floor of a private condominium with garden and 2 outdoor pools. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Olhos d'Água, but with a shopping area and the beach a few steps away. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both with queen size bed and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is on the upper floor. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. It has plenty of natural light and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. → Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Swimming Pools The swimming pools are shared with the condominium. Things to know: → Ongoing sidewalk rehabilitation works in the condominium. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Night trips due to issues beyond the control of the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
