The utility cost is HUF 40,000 per month, covering everything from cold and hot water, sewage, garbage collection, and heating to TV, Wi-Fi, 24/7 concierge service, housekeeping, and maintenance. A deposit of HUF 200,000 is required. We provide a VAT invoice for all charges, and payments can be made via cash, bank card, bank transfer, or Szépkártya. 🚗 Optional Services Parking is available in a closed yard for HUF 40,000/month.
