THE ROOM: This is an spacious and bright single room with big window doors that give us access to a cute private terrace where you can relax reading a book. It is located in a 3 rooms coliving home located in Guinardó area, next to Parc del Guinardó (a perfect green area to relax and enjoy the city calmly) and just 5 minutes walking from Hospital de Sant Pau and Guinardó-Hospital de Sant Pau metro station (L4). It has a double bed and a big two doors built in closet. There is an spacious working area, with a big desk and all complements. This room is located in a hall next to the living area, just in front of Room 3 door. THE FLAT: This is a 3 bedroom apartment (2 single rooms and 1 room that could be for two people, so maximum 4 colivers at home) located in Guinardó area, next to Parc del Guinardó and just 5 minutes walking to Hospital de Sant Pau and Guinardó-Hospital de Sant Pau metro station (L4). This coliving home has its own private entrance from the street and it is a bright home as it is completely exterior. There is a welcoming entrance and a bright common area with an spacious living room with TV and sofas, a comfortable dinning area with a big table and a completely equipped kitchen with fridge, electric stove, dishawasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender and all utensils for cooking and eating. Next to the common area there is a corridor with a hall where we can find the big bathroom with a spacious shower. In this hall there is also access to the laundry area where you will find the washing machine and drying machine. Finally, in the same hall we also find the access to Room 1, a big exterior room for two people. On the other side of the common ares we have access to another hall where we can find Room 2 and Room 3. Room 2 is a big interior room with a private terrace and Room 3 is a big single and exterior room. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ⬅ If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
