It also is near Sants train station and good connections with Diagonal street by bus. A big market to get fresh fruits and a variety grocery stores located nearby make this location comfortable for living. The proximity with the iconic Camp Nou (15 mins walking) also make it fun. Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately (100/150 euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract.
