Welcome to laresidence We specialize in creating safe affordable accommodation for foreign students in Paris since 2003. Our Students are enrolled in all major Universities and colleges in Paris. The houses are situated in a gated residence with a large garden in a safe neighborhood. All rooms are fully furnished and bed sheets are supplied wifi is a priority in all rooms. Kitchen and showers are all communal. There are showers and toilets and kitchen, and a large tv room for study and socializing. Laundry machines are provided. Students can be found in the garden at night times playing table tennis or chess or just chatting. Each resident is given their own cupboard space and fridge space. The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. Train station RER C is 4 mins walk and central Paris 20mins.
