L’appartamento è un grazioso monolocale di 30 mq, situato al primo di tre piani, di una tipica palazzina storica dell’Oltrarno. La posizione è molto strategica, poiché, oltre che essere in un quartiere in cui si può ancora assaporare la vita dei veri fiorentini, fra botteghe artigiane, osterie tipiche, ed a un minuto a piedi dall’incantevole Piazza del Carmine, è perfetto anche per chi viaggia in macchina, dato che è dentro le mura ma a due passi da comodi parcheggi fuori dalla ztl. Il monolocale è molto luminoso e curato. Pavimenti in parquet degli anni ’50 e travi a vista. Dalle finestre è possibile vedere il campanile della chiesa di Santo Spirito. Nell’appartamento sono presenti vari confort: biancheria, asciugamani, internet WIFI, ferro da strio. La cucina, che si può isolare con un armadio a muro, è dotata di tutto il necessario (piatti, posate, fuochi a gas, frigorifero, moka per il caffè, pentole, lender, forno a microonde etc..). Il divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo è molto comodo e consente di ottimizzare lo spazio così come il pratico tavolo a fratina che una volta aperto può accogliere fino a sei persone. L’appartamento è perfetto per coppie o single. Vicino si trovano negozi alimentari di ogni genere, ristoranti, osterie e vari locali. 2 minuti a piedi dal lungarno, da un supermercato Conad, da un supermercato Carrefour, e a 5 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Santo Spirito, Palazzo Pitti e via Tornabuoni. Comodo anche per l’Istituto Polimoda che si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti. L’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella che dista 1 km a piedi oppure è raggiungibile comodamente in 7-10 minuti con i mezzi pubblici (linee D,6,36,37)....
