Known for its rich blend of traditional and trendy, this neighborhood offers an array of upscale eats and classic architecture. Once inside Siwa’s interiors, Saharan-like awe ensues. Through the front doors, guests will find an open-concept living and dining area with a sunbaked balcony at the far end. Canopy-hung ceiling features add an artful edge to the space. The canopy carries down behind the designer furnishings to show stamped hieroglyphics with exposed, white-washed brick behind. Further into the space is a four-person dining set composed of natural fibers and caramel-hued wood. Through the widened hallway, Siwa’s kitchen is revealed. Marble countertops and modern appliances sit to the left of the space while a two-person breakfast bar is to the right. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. A couple of steps further down the hall reveals a dedicated workstation to the left and the first bedroom to the right. Geometric, terracotta patterns cover the walls in the bedroom to highlight Siwa’s Saharan inspiration. The room is complete with a plush individual bed. The next door on the right leads to the detached bathroom. A borderless, walk-in shower and slate, honeycomb tiles combine to add a contemporary feel to the space. At the end of the hallway is the second bedroom. Fully illuminated, to the left of the space are floor-to-ceiling windows on the entirety of the wall. Minimalistic geometrics create the accent wall above the queen-sized bed. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply.
