Very nice furnished room in a completely furnished flat that you will share with one roommate. You will have one floor to share with this roommate which is 75qm big, however keep in mind that this includes the sloping roof. Registration is possible, however maximal rental period is 3 years. You can always leave earlier with one month notice period. Everything you need for living is provided, if you require anything else I will supply it for you. The monthly rent includes everything except a one time service fee of 650 € (in addition to the HousingAnywhere fee). Bathroom, toilette and washing machine are being shared with another apartment (maximal 2 people). There is a small separate room with two mattresses where friends or children can stay over. Maximum contract duration is 3 years, the minimum renting period is 5 months, but exceptions are possible The fee listed in the costs is for the service when there are any sort of issues with the apartment (equipment, utilities, key etc.) and the 80 EUR apply for 5 months.
