Il quartiere è servito da linee di trasporto pubblico ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale (2,4 Km). A breve distanza sono presenti diverse attività e servizi (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Centro Sportivo, Supermercati, Centro Commerciale, Bar/Pub e Ristoranti) ed è possibile trascorrere il tempo libero all'aria aperta grazie ai parchi cittadini/aree verdi e alla pista ciclabile /percorso pedonale del fiume Piovego. The apartment has been renovated and consists of 4 single and 1 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attic composed of a single bedroom, a double bedroom, a shared bathroom. Living room, fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.), hob, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave oven, n. 2 refrigerators, WI-FI, TV, washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning in every room, dedicated garage for cars/bicycles. The apartment is located on the fifth floor with an attic with direct access to the terrace. The area is completely fenced and there is concierge staff and night surveillance service.
