The day area consists of a bright living room decorated with taste, a sofa bed for guests, a dining table, and a small desk to work with the computer. The living room has an exit to a small balcony, perfect for enjoying a pleasant afternoon, where there is also a washer-dryer. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and other items needed to enjoy eating and cooking. The night area consists of a comfortable room with two closets, a hairdresser, a mirror, a double bed with a storage chest, and a full bathroom with a jet shower. It is a very well maintained building, with doorman and 3 elevators. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Its location is excellent and strategic, in the heart of Barcelona. A few minutes from Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Urquinaona, Via Laietana and Paseo de Gracia. Surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, trendy bars and supermarkets. It has a perfect communication with the metro, train and bus, and all kinds of public transport stops. A 4-minute walk from the square and Urquinaona station (L1/L4). The Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella, located approximately 8 minutes away, are the ideal place for outdoor activities such as walks and sports, and you will also find a wide range of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.
