It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona, in Gracia. The day area consists of a beautiful living room very bright and decorated in white and delicate tones. The lounge is decorated with great taste and gives a sense of peace, tranquility, and harmony. The living room has access to a spectacular terrace, perfect to enjoy the wonderful climate of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary utensils and appliances of high range. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and a bedroom with a single bed. The rooms have a practical desk ideal for working or studying and share a full bathroom with bathtub. The favorite space of the apartment is undoubtedly the 20m2 terrace where you can enjoy a meal or a drink with friends and relax during the sunny days that the city offers. The apartment has wifi. *The neighborhood:* The location is perfect, in Gracia, which is one of the neighborhoods with more personality in Barcelona, surrounded by all kinds of commerce in a cheerful and youthful atmosphere. As you walk and enter the Villa de Gracia, you will find several options of restaurants of international and local cuisine, beautiful terraces to share a beer or a drink and a wonderful walk in Verdi street where you can find cinemas, ice cream parlors and much more. The apartment is located in Carrer de Berga. At 6 minutes walking distance we find Gràcia station which is very well connected with subway and train lines (L6/L7/S7/S1/S2/S5/S6); and at 2 minutes from Plaza del Sol, the main square of the neighborhood where people gather in bars, restaurants and stores around the famous 19th century Clock Tower. The nearest subway station is "Fontana" (L3) 3 minutes from the apartment.
