We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin.The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110. The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl. There are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more. The building is close to Bürgeramt Hohenzollerndamm, and just few minutes walking distance away from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bäder Pool and the Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. The area is very central, but at the same time very green, so it ́s perfect for walks and outdoor activities.
