Usually it is for 2 people - 250 per person. 470 is the price if you are alone in the room. It is a cozy room with everything you will need during your stay (2 comfy beds, 2 closets, 2 study desks and some shelves for your books) and it gets plenty of natural light. You will be sharing the flat with two house mates and your room mate. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with view of the garden and a bathroom with a bath tub and a a toilet. The house has a private garden and a patio where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day.
