Every Saturday there is a flee market( BALON) and once a month the GRAND BALON attracts people to buy antiques . Tale detrazione è espressamente convenuta come separata e senza pregiudizio rispetto ad ogni altra somma che potrà essere trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale, o comunque richiesta dal Locatore, ivi incluse, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, le somme dovute per danni all’immobile, canoni non corrisposti, utenze, spese amministrative o qualsiasi altro obbligo contrattuale del Conduttore.
