This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month - more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.
