🏡Apartment - Via Sant'Apollonia - Bologna🏡 Modern apartment of about 45 sqm located in Bologna city centre, easily accessed by car along Via Belmeloro and strategically placed to reach the university, Sant’Orsola hospital and the railway station. Thanks to its strategic position - within the historical centre and the limited traffic area, yet easily reachable by car - this one bedroom apartment is ideal if you plan driving into Bologna. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns. The apartment, on the 1st floor (no elevator), has been renovated in December 2014. The entrance hall opens onto the living room, decorated in dark-green hues, which balance the light-coloured furniture and the iron details. The living room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a single armchair, a lovely coffee table of wood and crystal, and a cabinet for the flat screen TV set. The custom-made kitchen with open plan design completes the living area. Equipped with microwave, electric oven and dishwasher, it also offers a dining table for up to 4 people. From the living room you enter the spacious and comfortable bedroom: which is furnished with a big corner wardrobe and a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a crystal shower stall and a washing machine. The apartment has parquet flooring and air conditioning. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses (€ 50 per month), WiFi internet (€ 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 100 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. Area: Located in the city centre, only minutes from the University district of Via Zamboni, the apartment can be easily reached by car from Via Belmeloro and Via Irnerio. Within walking distance are Via Indipendenza, Bologna’s main street, Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers. Public transportation: Many bus stops are located in Via Irnerio and in the nearby Via San Vitale: they head to the city centre, the railway station and Bologna fair. Parking: The apartment is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and an access ticket is requested. You can park in Via Belmeloro (parking spaces are available within blue lines): from 8am to 8pm upon payment (red parking meter); and for free on Sundays and during the rest of the week from 8pm to 8am.
