The room is the largest in the apartment, it is bright and you can climb onto the balcony through the window (otherwise, balcony access is in the room of a roommate ). The house and street are rather quiet. Two very nice women live in the shared apartment, one of whom in particular will be in the apartment during the summer as she is employed. It is very important to me that the chemistry between you was right, because we really appreciate having a good time together in the shared apartment. We like to eat and chat together, even though everyone has their own life and is doing their own thing. There is a cleaning schedule, but no strict regiment; In any case, it's clean and tidy with us. The apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes' walk from Augarten, the Karmelitermarkt is just around the corner, and the Danube Canal is not much further away. In about 15 minutes you can be at Stephansplatz. The Danube Island can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. In addition, all needs regarding shops and restaurants are met in our Graetzel. Public transport is the U2 station Taborstraße (2 minutes from the apartment) and U1 Nestroyplatz (7 minutes from the apartment), as well as the double tram.
