It's size is 30sq meters with 1 basic room, a separate kitchen, separate toilet/bathroom and a big sunny veranda. Safety door installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed stuff (small fridge, small oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine).The studio is at the 4th floor, no elevator in the building. Linen and towels for 1 person are provided.The closet is enough to store all your things during your stay.There is Wi-fi internet connection (24mbps), air conditioning (cool & heat) and a heat electric convector. The local area is safe and quiet. Nearby, there are many cafes and small hide parks (Alsos Neas Smyrnis), which is perfect for external exercise. Your stay will be cool and pleasant!
