We rent a double bedroom in our Terrace Apartment located in Via del Campuccio that overlooks the Giardino Torrigiani, first floor (1 story height above ground), totally renewed and furnished, really well lit, airy, spacious and in a quiet road with very little car traffic. The room is very spacious, with double bed 160x200 cm, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe and sofa, it has his own private terrace of 16 sqm (170 sq ft) with a view of the backyard. The apartment has five bedrooms, two bathrooms with windows, one with shower, the other one with bathtub and shower, a large kitchen fully equipped with supplies and utensils facing the main common terrace of 85 sqm (915 sq ft). It's equipped with an extra large new fridge Samsung, washing machine, electric oven, four burner gas stove, microwave, ironing set, vacuum, house linens, a common large wall closet, TV, ultra-fast WIFI, independent heating. The apartment is close to Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza Pitti and at 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and 15 from the Duomo. The place is really close to Polimoda and Accademia Italiana and the other schools of Oltrarno area like Alchimia, Le Arti Orafe, FIDI, Perseo, Elikos, Palazzo Spinelli, Middlebury. We are the owners so you won't pay any agency fee. We make a written, regular, legal registered contract. Your roommates will be four foreign female students. The Oltrarno area is the most "florentine" and green of the historical center where the real old and new florentines live, shop, eat and have fun. Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti with the Boboli Garden, the beautiful, alive Piazza Santo Spirito are some of the historical attractions of this part of Florence full of little streets with real artisans working in workshops, open markets, cafes, nifty shops, flea and farmers markets and antique stores, art galleries, real typical restaurants and wine-bars (trattorie e enoteche).
