BARCELONA CITY CENTER APARTMENT This Barcelona city center apartment, with an enviable location is available for long-term rent in El Born area. On the bottom floor, you will find a charming living room, with a white designer couch facing 2 ample wardrobes, a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, and a wooden table for 3 that can be used for dining or working. Down the hall, you will find the recently renovated bathroom with a shower. The snug sleeping area is located on the loft floor, made of wood, and accessible by stairs from the living room. The latter space is half-height (1,5 mt), furnished with a comfortable double bed on one side and a single bed on the other, as well as a dresser for additional storage. You will love the low-set wooden beams in the ceiling, which add an intimate, rustic touch to the loft floor. The building has also a rooftop terrace complete with smooth wooden floors, and a wooden table with benches. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast under the sun with great views of the surrounding neighborhood. The apartment has a fantastic location in el Born neighborhood, known for its picturesque plazas, excellent restaurants, and bars. We especially recommend Santagustina in the beautiful Plaça de Sant Agustí Vell and En Aparté in the Plaça de Sant Pere, where you can taste delicious cheeses with a view of the historic Sant Pere de les Puelles church. You will also be just a few minutes from Arc De Triomf, La Ciutadella park, the Barcelona Zoo, and the El Born Cultural Center.
