BOOKING CONDITIONS •Please note that the duration of the contract is always 5, 6 or 11, 12 months (1 semester, 2 semesters or the entire academic year). The monthly rent depends on the duration of your stay: - 5 months for the 1st semester - from 1st September to 31st January: 550€ per month - 6 months for the 2nd semester - from 1st February to 31st July: 540€ per month - 11 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st July: 530€ per month - 12 months for the full academic year - from 1st September to 31st August: 499€ per month •Right after your booking on Housing Anywhere, you will be required to pay the deposit (equals one month rent) as well as an additional month rent (the last month of your stay). At the end of your stay, the deposit will be refunded to you except in case of dammages in the room. •There is a 150€ increase in the rental price and security deposit when there is a double occupation (if 2 people are renting it).
