La habitación es moderna, esterior y muy luminosa. Tiene calefacción eléctrica individual. La habitación no incluye sábanas ni almohadas, sólo el cobertor del colchón. Casa reformada en el 2015 con 7 habitaciones muy grandes y luminosas, dos baños y una cocina abierta con comedor. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Casa situada entre los metros de La Latina y Puerta de Toledo (línea 5) y a 10 minutos de la Plaza Mayor. Por otro lado está muy cerca de la estación de Atocha, principal estación de tren de Madrid. El piso se situa en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid. Zona joven con mucha vida, muchos bares de tapas, muy cerca del centro, al lado de la universidad de posgrado Carlos III. En los alrededores de la casa puedes encontrar numerosos supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes.....
