There are two sleeping options: a comfortable double bed on the upper level and a sofa bed on the lower level, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort factor - there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, etc. The modern bathroom is equipped with a nice-sized shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. The terrace offers a quiet place where you can enjoy your drinks and meals. The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost. Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.
