It has just been renovated and is fully furnished, equipped with all the necessities for a long stay. Clean bed linen, clean towels and fast WiFi is included. The apartment is decorated with soft natural colors of white and beige shades that give you an impression of tranquility and comfort. All bedrooms have a 2-person 140 cm x 200 cm bed with a head bord. Each space also has a wardrobe, decorations, and a desk with a chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a nice seating area with glass doors that open into the 70 sqm garden. The bathroom has a large sink, walk-in shower, toilet and the washing machine and dryer are in the next room. The administration fee is only to cover the expenses of the rental agency. I'm a super flexible landlord, I want you all to be comfortable and happy so you also take care of my flat. Ask me anything and I'll do what I can to accommodate. IMPORTANT: Very important to me is that the apartment is treated with respect and that the neighbors are never disturbed in their privacy. Loud music let alone parties are absolutely out of the question, the apartment is not fit for this.
