A bedroom only 15 minutes walking to the Acropolis or Plaka! This apartment boasts a prime location, just a 15-minute walk to either the Acropolis or Plaka. Additionally, it is only an 8-minute walk from the Syngrou-Fix metro stop, and a 10-minute walk from Panteio University. The building can be accessed via an elevator. Inside the apartment, there are 2 private bedrooms. The private bedrooms has a double bed and air condition. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps.
