All bookings have a one month ́s admin fee plus IVA (Spanish VAT). This can be adjusted based on the length of stay. I manage a large number of rooms and private apartments, so feel free to contact me for other options, specially if you are looking for few rooms in the same apartment or an apartment for several people.
