Two of the bedrooms are rented, two rooms are available. There is a complete full-size kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge - all new appliances, freshly painted, wired, MonkeyBrains wifi, utilities included. The common areas are spacious and the bedroom doors have code locks for privacy and security. Myself, husband, grandma/mom and 17 yr old son live in the back unit and are around as needed.
