Hello there, my wife and I both work in the arts, we make films, write and teach. We live already for 20 years in the neighborhood with our two kids who are growing up here. We live in the same street as the apartment. We love the neighborhood for all it has to offer cultural, culinary, shops, the people living here, and -yes, also- its beautiful buildings, all constructed in the twenties of the past century. The apartment is 50 meters from the center for contemporary arts Canal, the centre Pompidou, theaters, museums, cinema's and some of Brussels finest coffee places, bars, and restaurants are all here. It's an international environment with a good balance with a strong local community. It's a safe and quiet one-way street.
