Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Your rental contract start date is determined by your planned move-in date, with one key condition: your contract must start within 15 days of the property's first available date (exceptions possible). • Move-ins between the 1st and 15th: Your contract begins on the 1st of the month. • Move-ins from the 16th to the end of the month: Your contract begins on the 16th.
