The apartment is newly painted and renovated and is located on the 2th floor of an nice old building with high ceilings. The room has a new single bed with duvet and pillow. The room includes a desk and chair and several lamps. There is also an armchair with a small coffee table and also a big wardrobe. The rent includes bed linen and bath towels and free Internet and TV packets. Access to bathroom and a big kitchen plus washer, dryer and dishwasher. The rent is including free washing and drying of clothes incl. detergent. Free use of dishwasher incl. washing tablets. Free toilet paper, paper towel and soap. We are a family of 3 people living here, 2 adults in the forties and a 19 year-old boy and a very small and allergy friendly dog (Bichon Havanais). Both adults have academic backgrounds. We work as Credit Analyst in a bank and as SoMe Consultant in a course- and coaching company. We would prefer a student between 20-25 years with very good English skills. No smoking. No guests please, and you should take parties elsewhere. You’ll have access to kitchen and bathroom but other rooms in the apartment are private.
