Spacious, bright and comfortable room, composed of a bed, a big wardrobe, big bookshelf, a desk and chair. The room is situated in an apartment on the second floor with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (only one bathroom has a shower), a totally equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The apartment will be shared with 4 to 5 other roommates. The apartment includes a washing machine that is shared with the tenant of the attic (connected to the apartment). Air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment. Periodic sanitization: periodically the common areas and on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with ozone technology. This treatment cleans, disinfects and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment.
