The apartment is located in the heart of Grünerløkka, within walking distance of both the bus stop at Sofienbergparken and the tram stop at Olaf Ryes plass. The location offers easy access to city life while also being close to beautiful green areas, with the Akerselva river just nearby. Three girls aged 20–30 will be staying in the apartment, and we are preferably looking for another girl within a similar age range. The rent is NOK 9,300 per month, with a NOK 17,000 deposit. There will also be a few additional costs for electricity and internet, which are shared between all four residents. These usually amount to around NOK 500 per person, and approximately NOK 700 per person during the winter months. The room is rented furnished.
