The lines of the tower are oriented vertically and decrease in width towards the top, emphasizing the slender shape of the building. Lines in horizontal direction determine the image of the facade of the main building. With a wide variety of homes in an intimate urban environment, The Red Apple meets today’s lifestyles. In the name of the building a relationship is made that Rotterdam is The Big Apple (New York) of the Netherlands.
