It is located 350 meters from Piola metro station (Green line), 500 meters from Milano Politecnico University campus, 450 meters from the 24hours Carrefour supermarket. The surrounding area is a safe neighborhood packed with restaurants, bars, pizzeria and every kind of basic service you may need and boasts a very lively “movida” made mainly of students and young workers who live in the area. -------------------------------------------------- KEEP IN MIND: The amount of the rent is inclusive of heating, waste, condominium fees and everything not differently specified. No other fees are required. Cleaning fee at the end of the stay is optional: you can decide to clean the apartment by your own. During winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws. The apartment can host 1 single tenant. Temporary guests can be hosted in the apartment for not longer than 5 days and they have to be authorized by the landlord: a little extra fee of 7€ per day will apply in case.
