The Space: Le Floral is a quietly situated one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a secure residence on Chemin Raynal, in the Roseraie district of Toulouse. The living room is filled with natural light and furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a flat-screen television, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the city. The separate bedroom offers a restful retreat with a quality double bed and blackout curtains, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and all the utensils you need to cook at home. A clean, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior. A private parking space is included — a genuine advantage in Toulouse — and the building is set back from the road, so the apartment stays remarkably quiet day and night. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout. Guest Access: You have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay, including the private parking space. First-night essentials — coffee, tea, sugar and a few basics — are provided so you can settle in straight away. Please note the apartment is on the first floor without a lift. Interaction with Guests: This property is managed by (hidden) Homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a valid identity document for the lead guest, and place a security deposit of €300 (refunded after checkout). An online check-in via our platform is also required to confirm the identity of all guests. A few things worth knowing so you can book with full confidence: Le Floral is a one-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a residential building in the Roseraie neighbourhood. The flat is designed for two guests maximum. There is no lift in the building, so a few flights of stairs are part of the experience. Street parking is available nearby at no charge. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for our neighbours. Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. The Neighborhood: Le Floral sits in the Roseraie district, a residential neighbourhood prized for its tree-lined avenues and relaxed atmosphere. The Jardin de la Roseraie, one of Toulouse's loveliest green spaces, is a short stroll away and perfect for a morning walk. The Chemin Raynal area offers bakeries, pharmacies and a selection of local restaurants within easy reach. The larger Auchan shopping centre at Gramont is a ten-minute drive for bigger grocery runs, and the Canal du Midi towpath is accessible by bike in under fifteen minutes, ideal for a leisurely ride. Getting Around: Roseraie metro station (line A) is roughly a ten-minute walk from the apartment, providing direct connections to Jean Jaurès, Capitole and the main train station Matabiau. Several bus routes serve the Chemin Raynal area for shorter hops across the neighbourhood. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is reachable in around thirty minutes by car or via the metro-plus-shuttle combination. A private parking space is included with the apartment, and the ring road is easily accessible for trips further afield.
