Upon entering, you are greeted by a small yet elegant entrance with a table and a mirror, perfect for a first glance at the house and for placing your keys and small items. On the left, we find the kitchen, integrated into the living room in a harmonious and well-lit environment. The stove is equipped with all the necessary appliances for comfortable cooking, and the living area extends with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace that adds warmth and character to the space, and a dining table perfect for meals in company. Next to the sofa, an inviting armchair completes the relaxation area, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and comfort. Beyond the living room, you access the bedroom, a quiet and welcoming corner with a large double bed, perfect for ensuring rest after a long day. A large wardrobe offers ample space to store clothes and other personal items, keeping the room tidy and functional. The bedroom is a haven of serenity, where natural light enters abundantly, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. To the left of the entrance, we find the bathroom, equipped with an anteroom where there is a sink. The bathroom is spacious and offers a large bathtub, perfect for indulging in moments of complete relaxation. The light tones and the light that floods the space enhance the feeling of space and cleanliness, creating an atmosphere of freshness and comfort. The Volta apartment is a perfect blend of functionality, brightness, and comfort, ideal for those seeking a welcoming environment to spend moments of tranquility and well-being. We are happy to welcome you to this corner of serenity, hoping that every moment spent in this apartment is special and relaxing! RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
