💢💢💢 The Maffucci Studios are located in a building with a total of 4 floors which houses 15 studio apartments designed to meet the needs of students and workers. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower and only some have a balcony or terrace. The Maffucci Studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection, flat-screen satellite TV and a coin-operated laundry room available to all guests. Cleaning and linen change are included 2 times per month. The Polytechnic University of Milan Bovisa can be easily reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Dergano is an excellent choice for travelers interested in historic centres, well-organised public transport and culture. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Milan Bovisa-Politecnico train station about 10 minutes on foot. Yellow line metro with Dergano stop about 800 meters away. For stays of one month only, a local tourist tax (“tassa di soggiorno”), which is a municipal charge applied to short-term stays.
