Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 15:00 to 19:00 → No extra charge. 19:00 to 20:30 → €30 (cash, payable to the person greeting you). 20:30 to 22:00 → €50 (cash, payable to the person greeting you). From 22:00 onwards → €80 (subject to prior confirmation; cash, payable to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability. 🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out: Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge). Late check-out: Subject to availability. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
