Bright and modern, it is a perfect solution for exploring all the towns that overlook Lake Como. With a stroll of about ten minutes through the city streets, you can reach the city center and the Como Lago train station. The apartment is an ideal retreat for two or four guests, offering a cozy living area with a relaxing space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. Adjacent to the living area is the bright double bedroom, complete with an open wardrobe and a small niche with a desk. Lastly you can find a windowed bathroom featuring a spacious shower. It is filled with natural light and is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. A Step from the Lake is located in a residential area of the city of Como and, as the name suggests, it is close to the Lake. It can be easily reached by train from Milan and the Malpensa Airport. Its location makes it a perfect solution for exploring all the beauties of Lake Como, such as the towns of Brunate, Cernobbio, and Bellagio, or for organizing a boat excursion. An ideal starting point to reach various destinations along the shores of Lake Como, the apartment is located in an area well-served by public transportation, including Como Lago and Como San Giovanni train stations, which are reachable in about 15 minutes on foot. Additionally, the property is conveniently close to the Navigation docks, offering the opportunity to explore the lake aboard a boat. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
